First off, welcome to our new family blog. I haven't blogged since January of this year because to be honest I tried to make a few design changes on our old blog and I royally screwed it up to the point that I don't know how to fix it. So, rather then let anymore time go by not documenting the daily craziness of our lives and making memories, I thought I'd just give up and start a new one. So, here it is. Please check in with us from time to time to get a play by play of our crazy life.
This past weekend was Memorial Day weekend. We had an absolute blast and didn't stop going for 4 days straight. Our sweet Addy Tate is moving to Kansas City very soon and we did our very best to soak up every minute we could with our sweet Cousin. We are so excited for Ryan and Lisa and Addy and Ben to start the new adventure of living in Kansas City, but we will definitely be left with a hole in our heart for our sweet girls. They are the best of friends and not being able to see eachother anytime they want will be an adjustment for sure. My prayer is that they always stay close despite the distance between them.
Addy Bear spent the night on Sunday night after a long day at Legoland and Bucca de Beppo for dinner, and the girls had such a good time. They woke up early Monday morning and spent the morning playing with the bunnies outside. Then they got in lots of snuggle time with the boys. We spent the rest of the day at Hawaiian Falls in Mansfield.....just the girls. It was a real treat to have some one on one-ish time with Addy before she goes. Parker loves spending time with her and they had a great day.
